Legend,
We caught most of our Walleye on the tubes we fished for Smallies and three inch twister tails. Natural colors worked best in the clear water. Most people fished after dark for the Walleye, but we caught a lot before dark and were just too tired after full days of hooksets . The fish don't jump in the boat on this lake, but when you find the pattern, depth, and locations you won't be disappointed.

Tip Up,
Post pics and a report so Slop & I can relive the experience through your report! I hope you can get some weather where the wind is down a bit as the lake can get a serious chop that isn't too friendly to small aluminum boats.
FYI... I think the bite will be better for you as the water has cooled even more!

I've stayed at the campground (Opeongo Mountain Resort - www.omresort.ca) many times, going on 5 years in a row now. This year was the only year that I really had any success... I can't really comment on the early summer, haven't been there at the time...
