Patterson Lake, Lanark Co.

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Post by Corvus Lacus »

Planning a day trip there next week. I can't seem to find a place to launch a boat...can someone point me in the right direction. Anything else I should know would also be much appreciated.

Thanks !

Hmm...the Ottawa Walleye League has a tournament on this lake. Curious to how they access it then ? Is there a lodge/cottage rental place that you can pay to use their ramp ?

Did a little more sleuthing around, and spoke to Rhodena at Purdon's Cottages. She told me that she is more than happy to have anglers use her ramp for a daily fee. Some fallen trees have blocked the access for now, but they should have it cleaned up shortly.

I'm always glad to help support a local business :D
