Cardinal Boat Launch Fee"s

Good morning ,could anybody tell me if there's a boat launch fee in Cardinal. How deep would the walleye be at this time of the year and what presentation would work best.I'm in Morrisburg ,new in this area ,i'm 60 years old and looking for fishing partner, i'm in holidays for the next few weeks ,don't be shy drop me a line or PM.
Any info on the St-Laurence would be very appreciated, tough river to fish.Thanks...Wally.

I haven't fished Cardinal for a few years but i don't recall there being a fee

There is NO charge to launch at Cardinal nor Iroquois. decent parking at both ramps.
