Ok guys...there are lots of you out there!!
I am going to build an ice shed..and thanks for all the help in sending me plans!!
What I really want to know though is.....If I build it...will you come?
You are all welcome at all times but I do want to know who is interested. As for you who like to move around....I agree...I like to do the same, however I offer to you the "Pork Belly Lodge" for warmth and and conversation...so let me know....and Spinner, I think you and I can spend many hours down there...think we can bring our computers?
Orleans boys....it is there for your convenience after work or to just get away when you can....Ok..Ottawa boys....Rockland lads..who ever...step onto the hard water!!

Where do you plan to put your condo :lol: If Petrie Island ,Topwater and I are there every weekend , so if you need a truck to tow your new home away from home on to the ice, let me know Old blue has moved them before on and off the ice :D

As big O said we are there every weekend(Saturday) we prefer to be on Crappie bay(the farthest bay on the left side) occasionaly we go to what they call the Pickeral bay(second bay on the right) I have never fished the first bay but I am sure we would stop in and say hello no matter where you put your shack . Also I'm on a compressed work week so I'm always available on Thursdays and Fridays to get together for some fishing. Can't wait for that Ice now that its cold anyway

I will definately be puttin it down at Petrie somewhere...Would Crappie bay be down at the end of Champlain??

this map will show you where crappie bay is its at the end of trim road
drive on access to crappie bay can be touchy was great last year but it was an exceptional year for ice. most of the shacks are out on whats called baitshop bay on this map. crappie bay is at M26

Ok, I know that bay!!! I have been in there but not in the winter...must be a great wind break from the trees!! There used to be a small makeshift boat launch right there...that may be a good spot for me too!!
Lots of Crappie????????? Or is that just a name?
I have traditinaly been in Baitshop bay or if you follow the South passage west back to where it opens back up into the river..at the End of Champlain.
