Does anyone bass fish around lake opinicon

I am from Texas and we vacation in Chaffeys Lock. I want to know when do most of the bass spawn around that area. What are the best baits.
Kris: The bass should be spawning now, but our season up here doesn't open for bass until the last Saturday in June. If you are up after that date, you should be able to catch lots of there.
