Where the heck is everyone?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

I have been out once in the past two weeks, I am going through withdrawl. I am going out on Tuesday regardless of the weather so hopefully there will be something to report. Either way I will post something. 8)

I have been pounding the waters, not as much as usual but still giving a good try and just keep coming up empty or too small to want to talk about.

Man this fall is killing me as far as landing fish.

Had a recent Job position change,,,now no time to check out the board till I re-learn the ropes.

Was at a reunion this past weekend on Woods Lake near Bracebridge. Was a good time but catching was not good. Lots of suspended fish printed but only 2 small bass caught. (Cold, wet, windy NE & E )

I'm kind of hard to get rid of, huh Jigs.

The cottage is coming along great, thanks. Brian is actually heading up there before sun up tomorrow to do some more electrical related stuff. Metal roof is just about buttoned up, as well. I'll try to get some updated pics posted this week. We (family) are probably going to shoot up there some time this wknd. If I'm lucky, I might even get to fish. If I'm REALLY lucky, I might catch something.

Take care, Jigs. :P

W.

PS: how's the eukalele (spelling?!)... :?:
Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.

Hi Wolfe:

If they got rid of you, t'wouldn't be much of a Fish Hawk.

Glad to see the cottage is rollin right along.

It's a mandolin.........Still playing, in a couple of Celtic groups and monthly Old Time/Old Country things. Lots of fun.

Music and fishing will be curtailed for a bit as my better half just got a new hip, and I'm chief cook for a couple months. The pay is still the same, so it's not a half-bad job.

ukelele  sheesh :!:

Take care

Jigs.

Im still alive and well. Been out tons of times for mixed species, where I have had some good success. Lately I've just been doing some casual fishing for pike and shiners in a very small creek (Knee Deep for the most part). Its keeping me content until I go on another adventure up to North Bay for my favourite fish. As for reports, I'd rather read them then post them. Maybe soon I'll spin ya a tale!
