Jock River

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Jock River

Post by krisbass »

I am very curious about what the fishing is like in the Jock River. I am thinking of possibly checking it out someday. Does anyone have any info on it such as: water depths, what species of fish you would find, and anything else that may help me. We would probably be fishing in the Richmond area. Thanks.

In the Richmond area you're looking at Bass, Walleye, and Muskie

Wow, I would have never thought. I guess where I saw the Jock River it was very narrow. I guess it opens up then ? Anyway thanks for that, I just might have to bike down there and try for myself. Is it possible to get a canoe in the water ? (Im assuming you can). Thx.
