There should be a 50+ inch musky club here as well! I'm interested in seeing some truly big fish. Not that those 5lb trophies aren't also impressive.

If you do decide to proceed with this elite club, maybe you should establish some guidelines for accurate measurements. You could have people measuring muskies in their bathrooms with who knows what as their measuring tool ! Hopefully an accurate tape measure.

I think this would be a great idea.
Now if someone measures a 45 inch musky and says it is 50 inches then it is they who have to live with the lie, there is no honor in lies.
I say let the 99% of honest fishermen tell their tale and let the rest go to some place else.

Hey you got me thinking... I've had a 50 - from tip of the lure to a pinched tail, my 45 would have been a 50.. woo hoo
