This one was 36" 's with a good girth probably 13-14lbs .

Heading out on Sunday again to try my luck, picked up a muskie rod and some lures and 2 down easters rod holders. Im ready to get serious about this, cant wail till sunday.

I have never seen a 36" that thick, almost looks funny , big body small head.

Less than 18? Holy Moses! Effecting a restraining order on myself damnit!!!

Will hopefully get out for some of the big girls on the holiday weekend. I'm kinda blessed and cursed at the same time that my b-day is so close by. Makes for a great family b-day/Thanksgiving but really cuts the fishing possibilities drastically. Looking forward to a Monday fish. Nothing set in stone and no partners to speak of....worse comes to worse, I'm off on my own with waders to hunt fall bronzebacks. If anybody is open, let me know. I'm a big puss with no survival suits and a serious hibernation period rapidly approaching...might even be KP's last outing of the season.

(All ice fishermen/women can insert what a puss I am after this statement).
