Caiger's Resort - St. Lawrence River - July 23, 24 and 25th
After reading this message, click here for more information regarding the Caigers Resort week-end.

Do Hawk Talkers like fishing for bass? We sure do! And we're gonna have one of the best in the business show us the ropes at Caiger's on July 24. "Big" Jim McLaughlin will be giving us inspirational instruction in the morning, loading us with information that will serve us well the rest of the week-end, and for the rest of our fishing lives. This will be a great event for sure. Go to our Caigers info page and learn more about what is in store for that week-end.

Caiger's

Post by Cancatchbass »

I'll second Dana's recommendation of Caiger's. These people have been catering to serious anglers forever- and do it right.

They have good accomodations and docking. A lovely dining room overlooking the mighty St. Lawrence.

I've been fortunate to have several meals there over the years, and must say they lay out a r-e-a-l-l-y good spread. You'll not be disappointed.

Oh, one more thing. They are within easy boating distance of the spot that yielded a decent bass - 8lbs. 4 oz.- during a tournament in the summer of 2002. I wonder what she weighs now?

I wish I could join you for a birthday toast Big-O, but that's my shark fishing weekend in Nova Scotia. As much as I'd love to fish the St Lawerence, I can't pass up a chance at a 1000lb mako!

Big-O, I'm lucky enough to have a job thats based on results, not a punch clock. Having a boss that loves to fish doesn't hurt either!

Thanks for the decoys! :P I can't believe you and topwater are gonna give up on knocking birds down. Don't worry though, the decoys will get plenty of use!

CanCatchBass shamed me today by sending some pictures of bass for use in promoting the Caiger's week-end. Man oh man! Shades of Rockland Giants! Hurry up summer - I need ya. 8)
