Well I am gonna by an Ice Shelter

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Well I am gonna by an Ice Shelter

Post by Kenny »

I have been looking and contemplating the purchase of an ice shelter and I think I am going to get the Frabrill Trekker. It lists @ $390.00 at Lebarons. The clam I think has a better reputation but is it worth the extra $100.00 or so.

Does anyone know who could be selling this model for less ? (In Ottawa)

Canadian Tire in Orleans has their Frabill's on sale right now, both models they have are under $300 if I recall correctly, might want to check them out.

I love my fish trap guide, just its a bit to heavy to pull around in deep snow by myself.

THeir customer service is great, I had one little adapter that broke and they shipped me a new one no questions asked, did ask for my receipt nothing. Great Service.

Oh yeah forgot to mention I got mine on sale 2 years ago at fishing world in Hamilton for 399$ at the beginning of the ice fishing season. Never seen it that low since.
