lake Ontario-Bronte to Port Dalhousie..March 18th

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

How often do you fish from the Great Lakes piers in spring?

lake Ontario-Bronte to Port Dalhousie..March 18th

Post by SALMON »

:D another road trip. Jonathan and I headed down and tried some pier fishing. Nothing biting and the last storm sent ice into harbour blocking the launch. Burlington pier looked good with no takers. Checked 50 point conservation area. Inner harbour still has light coating of ice and the launch is currently closed. Jordan station has some browns hitting , but it like Bronte is covered in ice after the last storm. Fish are there.just stay away from the trees as the ice melts. Port Dalhousie also has some browns hitting , but are few at this time. Only saw a dozen other fisherman..3 browns between the group. .. Image
