Finally got the wife to assist with the camera to computer connection.
Here is a walleye from late in the boating season.
Check out the lamprey marking on tail.
The first lamprey I've personally seen on a fish a Petrie.
This guy was 8.5
His little brother was 7 and change

I don't want to sound like I have any lessons to give, but I like to see a nice fish like that held horizontally with support on the belly if it's gonna be released. 8.5 pounds held by the gills

I did not say you should, I said I like to see. I also said "if it is to be released". I did not condemn, I was simply bringing an opinion forward, wich is how civilised people learn from one an other. I also stated that I might be off.
