What a crappy weekend,the trout in the park were not biting at all.We ended up fishing lake Marie for specs,between three of us we got 6 nice once between 16 and 19 inchs but usually do much beter on opening weekend.nobody at the lake did that well.I was wondering if any of you hawk talkers ever fished opepngo lake in the park for lakers.I am heading up there next weekend and have never been there.Any info on this huge lake would be greet.Thanks

One who goes by the handle "Ken Klem" has fished just about every piece of water in there; and will give info.
A lot of them went up for openers and so probably won't be back till late tonight or tomorrow.
