POWER PRO or MONO FOR WALLEYE

Does anyone have suggestionns on what i should use for walleye this time of year. And should i tie it straight on to the bait? Mono Or Power Pro

This seams to be an open debit. Personally I tie directly on the power pro. I did use a 6 foot vanish leader up until last summer. If the walleye bite is slow again next week , I will more than likely go back to trying the leader. At least when using the leader you get the best of both worlds.
