HEAD POND (MADAWASKA LAKE)

Well while I await my next BOQ trip i'm thinking of heading to the head pond in Arnprior, I hear there are some deep waters and large schools of big walleye, maybe not Quinte size but 5-8 pound range, is my info correct or is it another fish story. Gonna head there friday and check it out, any thoughts or help I could get would be great.
