A stroll down Fish-Hawk lane...

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Circa 2004 for me. And yeah, there were some really goofy times. Lots of good natured ribbing, as I recall. Fun stuff.

That being said, some of the same arguments that get people's feathers in a bunch now, were causing apoplectic fits back then. Some stuff never changes!

Thanks for posting those home pages, Bucket. They bring back memories.

i think i can "remember" as far back as 2003, but i dont think i joined until 2004.

anyone ever part of the zoology university of Toronto board?

i think it was like the first fishing board, even prior to ofn.

i owe a lot to a fella named Dan Ralph from that board...he helped me a lot in my early stages of fishing post "hiatus".

Seems i didn't need to go look it's written on the left already

2002 was when we had to re register after a server and or message board change so I know I've been here since before then.

A good question his when was Fish-Hawk created?

I remember my first post. I asked for some good spots on the Madawaska. And within minutes I quickly had to learn about PM's cause my message file was filling up with a lot of guys favorite spots and techniques for that river and had some replies on the actual post for everybody to see.

Now a guy gets crucified for asking the same question that I asked back in Jun. 2004.
