MUSKRAT LAKE 2011 TROUT G2G

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

I'm going to try and make it..... but the way things are going lol there is no guarantee.

It's basically a big flat there that drops off into deep water and I think it has potential. Fished there once before and lost 2 lakers at the hole, and caught some nice perch.

Couple years before that I fished straight across the lake from there and got what I still consider my PB laker (twice, but that is a long story).......

Should be fun!

Has anyone been able to supply a pop up tent type thingy?? Looking for anything to make a basecamp with without to much effort.
Fishing isn't a matter of life and death....
It's much more important.

I'm 90% in, will depend on the work load. the downsides of self employment :x I would be going up with a couple buddies.
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods;
There is a rapture on the lonely shore;
There is society, where none intrudes;
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more
