Another Nation River report

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Another Nation River report

Post by baz fish »

Hit another spot on the Nation river hoping to get some northern pike this time but I get some jumbo perchs and 2 walleyes with a nice 6lbs walleye and another 2 lbs walleye. Arrived there at around 2 pm and was not looking to good at all with only 2 perchs in 2 hours and all the sudden start to see some good bars on the flasher and all the sudden I saw a big red bar on the flasher and set my line right there and fish on and got that 6 lbs walleye. So a day I taught that would be bad turn into not a bad day at all. Sometime the last 30 minutes of the outing could make a big difference like I see today :) . I also got the visit of the conservation officer nice to see these guys out.
