This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Quinte January 28th

Post by fish and hunt »

Went out yesterday from 1 til around 6. I caught one about 1.5 lbs within the first 15 mins, then another about the same size at about 4:30. My buddy caught one just shy of 3 lbs at around 5 oclock. Two fish were caught on a gold and orange sidewinder and one on a silver buckshot. Quite a few atvs out, including ours, but still not alot of ice in spots, always check.

We were fishing at Point Anne. We moved around a bit caught the fish at a couple different spots. We weren't using any electronics.

Point Anne is a conservation area east of Belleville and is one of the jump off points to fish Big Bay

Merci, thank you, beau-coup Fellow Hawkers.

Any one interested in going down to the Bay overnight???

I met a G2 fellow from Ottawa last Friday.
We spent the day fishing together.

The thought is to hire him as our guide.

Thoughts????
