Fishing Femme

Post by wolfe »

This just made me chuckle today.

While out at the grocery store with the kiddies, I reached into my shorts pocket for my coupons or something and pulled out a PowerBait tube. Now I KNOW I'm not your average Mom!

Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.

Well thanks, guys ... I think! (I did describe myself as "pleasantly strange" on this site at one time I do believe!)

First chance I've had to check out some posts today as my sister-in-law and her 3 kids are visiting. We have 5 kids here under one roof, ages 6, 5, 3, 3 and 1. PRAY FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wolfe,

prayer is reserved for my recent week at a rental cottage. We had a 8, 7,7,6,6,5,4,2 and 2 for a total of 9. Pretty much an even b/g mix. Never been so tired in all my life by the time the week was done but what a blast. And all of the kiddies caught some fish.

Mick with that many you must of had more then prayer.

I've got the Sis-inlaws dropping buy Friday while trying to get ready for a week at the cottage.
The kids age 13, 13, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6.. I wonder if the parents would notice if I put them to work..hhmmm

 Gorfman!

Sometimes we'll be out at a restaurant with the (often "frisky") kids and we'll pass a young couple on our way out who sat near us... and I'll say "was that good enough birth control for you!?" :D

Mick, it's good to know you survived your experience. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger!!!!!!! -- i.e. KIDS!

GOOD LUCK TO YOU ANDRE...YOU'RE IN FOR IT!!!!!!

W.

PS: Slushpuppy, don't be frightened off. Shane liked you...really!! :D

PPS: Took all 5 kids to the hatchery today. Gotta get the fishy fascination thing going early on. They had a blast.
Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.
