Gallery for Moira musky pics from the weekend

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Very nice you have that spot dialed in now...can see why it's your choice for opener 3 years in a row.

Dad got it on His on the "spot". Got the two big girls 44 and 39.9 on different spots. I'll share some info on them since it was info given to me at MC meetings. Find the biggest point in the widest part of the river/lake and concentrate on that tip. The apex predators pick that spot as their throne. Second info I used to find the 44... Since the wind blows debris from west to east any eastern bay or shorline has more structure under the water. North eastern corner is where I decided to try. It paid off and we saw several others in that area but they wouldn't hit.

Good luck all. Stocco lake is even better than Moira for us usually. We just were camped out at Moira and we decided to stick to it after dad got his on the first cast.

Nice muskies! It's obvious from those pics, if you want to catch nice muskies, you must grow out the beard.

Nice time at Lebaron's last night. I learned some cool stuff from Marc Thorpe. He seems like a very nice guy. 300 musky a year! wow. I'll take 30 please! Nice meeting you Mcwalleye. Good luck with that Dingo you got. Use the big line/rod/leader. You might want to change the hooks to bigger size they looked a little thin to me for a big ski that would eat it.

I'm sure you'll be getting some monsters again troutmuskyhunter.

and Lifeisfun let me know about fishing this weekend in spite of youre tired Fidel reset.
