opening walleye this weekend

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

opening walleye this weekend

Post by gatekeeper »

Only one sleep to go!Having seen many disappointed guys tied to docks over years, thought I'd post a little reminder.#1-Make sure you put gas in tank,so simple but happens WAY to often in excitement of day.#2-charge up your battery.#3-for small motor guys, make sure gas line is on right. So many times guys put them back on portable tanks backwards!#4 put plug in drain hole. You want to fish outside boat, not in it!#5 have all necessary safety equip in boat.Nothing like a multi-hundred dollar fine to ruin day.#6-be on time for partners.I'm sure there are many more.Feel free to add to list.LOL
