"Shark" in Lake Ontario

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Post by MuskieWannabe »

Saw this in the Post, no idea if true or not but sounds as though a lot of sightings. Bust out the gear!

Honestly I don't know what's worse. The way some of these companies advertise with hoaxes, or just how many people fall for them.

That would have been one hell of a swim for a bullshark!

To enter the Larry and swim to Mallorytown......hmmmm several thousand kms I think?
Also, bull shark need to be in 15c (minimum) water temps. Or they DIE.
Big swim for a month or two I'd say.

They go get Greenland sharks up the St. Lawrence in the winter time. Wouldn't be too surprising if one year one made it's way down a little further, still a long trek though

2 sets of locks and a hydro dam to go thru............. so not very likely a shark could make it's way to wolfe island.
