This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Guys,

Coming from the guy who weighed in a whopping 2.8 pounds last year! I am sorry Shawn, but your comment holds no weight with me :D  :D

I have been looking forward to this tournament all season. And let me clarify, the fishing on the Rideau for me this year isn't tough. what is tough is finding decent fish.

We have had many 13-20 fish nights, but short of a few 2.8 - 3.4 pounders, they seem to be smaller this year. I am still not as worried as you should be...

(Now let's hope all this smack talk doesn't bite me in the rear on tournament day.

it could be a long day without a trolling motor. you guys can take turns using a paddle. Better stock up on Pepsi and Jo Louis to keep your energy up

And Mav your going to have to brush up on your netting skills.

The last tourney we signed up to caused too many suicides when a couple of Québec hillbillie jokers in a $1000 14ft tinny beat a field of "Pro" bass guys in $40 000+ bass boats.

Dont want that on my conscience again.
