Fishing isn't a matter of life and death....
It's much more important.

I have had a few people ask me about their wives etc fishing this and if they need to join the forum. After a long thought ( 3 seconds ) I have determined that as long as one member of a team if you choose to fish as a team will do to be eligible for this. We need to look at it this way. Some people will be entering their kids in this and I do not expect a 2 year old to become a member just to do this. So again as long as one person is a member then I feel it is sufficent enough. Hey and who is to say that if someone brings a friend that they may decide to join the board as well.

Cheers

Good point, so in the end both member X and his wife couldn't each register a fish.. Right?
If memberX's wife posts a picture that picture is now the fish for the team.. :?

Kids a side..

Because if I team up with a non member and we both have decent fish, do we both get to submit fort he end of the month prize?
It doesn't seem fair because he isn't a member...

That won't be a problem for me. 8)
If I take a friend fishing, you know we're not bringing back anything.

All joking aside, I wouldn't worry too much about friends and wives and aunts and uncles and cousins and on and on and on .......
The main purpose here is to go out and fish. If you can bring someone that has never done so before, that in itself is worth a prize.

As long as they are registered before Sept 1 and they are fishing with a member they can win just like the rest of us but if they are not registered then it does not count. I guess we can look at it like this. With wedding invites it is John Smith and Guest...so as long as John Smith and guest is on the list before the start deadline then it is all good. You cant go out and catch a fish and then register half way through. That would be like in poker if I folded Ace eight and the flop came Ace ace eight..I cant now get into the hand....even though I wish I could...lol

But then you'll have to change the name.. No longer board only.

Up to 33 participants for this tourney now all....Hurry up and sign up soon. What an amazing turnout so far. Was not expecting this but good thing I have some great people, organizations and companies providing stuff to give away.

I will try and get a little list of what has been donated so far to peek people's interest but let's just say there is some good stuff so far. Not trolling motor good stuff but fun I needed something like that stuff.

Cheers

Would like to but can't. Away.

This is a great idea Pete. Kudos dood! It'll be one fun thread to follow later.

You should consider the Rideau Lakes for this too. Just saying.

I have figured out the codes people will use for the tourney and will be posting the spreadsheet in a day or two. So for the code you will need it every time out and please print it as large as possible so it can be seen easy in the pictures. If the code is incorrect for some reason please let me know and I will make note of it.

Cheers

Perhaps it is the time of day or the end of my work shift, possibly the eyesight going dim but I can't find the "Board Only Rules Page" anywhere. Someone, please help out a poor lad in distress.
