Heading to friend's cottage in Gatineau Park: Licence where?

The wife is taking me out to her friend's cottage. They said the cottage is in "Chelsea". They said there's fish, but I haven't been given the location yet. That's the info I've got at this point.

In advance, where do you guys suggest I stop to get a 1-day licence for us for Quebec fishing tomorrow?

Follow up question, can I go buy the licence tonight and make it good for tomorrow?

the canadian tire right in front of the casino in Hull sells them .... and yes you can just buy for the date you need.
