Hello I am looking that free Navionics PC app for windows 7 and can't seem to find it can anyone help me with this

I had it, then reloaded my PC. I tried to obtain it again and was told a few weeks ago by Navionics support that it was no longer available. You can use their website to look at maps free. I did receive an email from them recently saying that it's available from the windows store for windows 8, but haven't verified this.
