Sweet start to the season.

Great start to the hard water season, thought I'd pass this along to get all you people stoked for awesome season ahead...I hope this is a sign of things to come
I was lucky enough to have the Rideau Watershed grace me with this 27" 6lb 2oz bad boy this morning, woohoo!

Wow, awesome whitefish!
Have to ask, were you targeting whitefish? Not many places around that area with them.
Great fish!

Yep, was hoping for a last minute Bass as well, no dice though.

Awesome!! That is a good size whitey anywhere, but around this area, that's a real gem!

Sure, I don't see why not zippy...keeping "non-specific" in mind I can tell you it was on the Big Rideau
