Found at Shirley's Bay

Hey Guys!
Someone left their Beer cooler bag in the parking lot.
No there was no beer left in it but it did have someones
temporary fishing card and a current fishing license in it.
The name of the fellow is on the license, not sure how to find him.

Try searching the name on Facebook, did that when I found someone's bus pass on campus and it worked.
