Took one of my young ladies out on the Rideau to help me search for some slabs. The first spot we hit was a no go but spot number two was just a rockin'!





It took 3 layers of gloves and the promise of an ice cream cone to get this beauty shot!





Dad even caught a few!





Water temp was 57-58F and dirtied from a nearby feeder creek where we found 'em. We laid a beatdown with 2" Yamaminnows hung under floats in 2-4ft of water.





Now if only I could get her to clean them...
