Operation shock and awe CRAPPIE! +recon added

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Operation shock and awe CRAPPIE! +recon added

Post by Lvace »

Got out today on a really beautiful day!! :D :D :D We launched the boat and all I could think was HOME!

Image

Went to our first spot and all we found there was a rather large pike that I quickly unhooked in the water....would of been a new personal best but OOF= no go!! 1 more week and I am finding this giant again 8)

Then we head to our sweet spot!!!! They where stacked and hitting just about anything!!! We could of filled our limits for both of us easily!! One of my best of the day was this guy....

Then at the same time my buddy goes got one too and this is the biggest crappie I have ever seen!!! Pictures do not do this fish any justice!! What a tank!!!

Image

And of course we kept a few for some snacks :D

Image

With such a great day one I had to keep the pressure on them !!! Hit them hard and fast!!

Image

Little grubs or white swimbaits....

Some big ones came to play!

the pumpkin seed even had nice colors!

2 days way way to many fish to count!! Spring is here!! Tight lines to all!!
