Madawaska or Rideau?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

It's Saturday so it might be a mad house on the Rideau. The will depend on the weather.

We fished The madawaska headline launching out of a lay banks last weekend for an OVSB tournament and there was some pretty nice fished weighed in. Boat traffic was virtually non existant and the scenery was beautiful. I also tied into a nice (not huge) musky.

If I had to choose between those two on a Saturday, I would probably hits damasks solely because of the boat traffic that is normal on the Rideau. I fish the Rideau a lot so the change of scenery is also nice.

No matter get where you go tomorrow, good luck!
