Open seat to anyone interested. Plan to fish the Ottawa R for bass launching from Rockland public launch by 430-5pm.
I won't ask for gas $$ in lieu of you paying the launch FEE.

Damn that would have been a cool experience for a rookie like me, close to home, and only for a launch fee/has but you'll be fishing before my boots hit the ground. Good luck on the water!

its free now, municipality was losing money by staffing the booth and taking in less fees than they were paying in to staff it.
