Dows lake fishing report

I went fishing the other day by dows lake. Had better luck than normal for me. I caught a few. I was fortunate to have someone standing close to me when I caught this little guy. I still have yet to master the selfie while holding a fish.

I caught this one on a yum dinger I think it's called.

Here's the little guy.



I also caught another little bass later on a green popper but was a bit too dark to take a photo.


N.B you're best bet is probably fishing around Dows lake at night. There are a alot of people around during the day. Doable, but you have to aware of all the people.

Yeah for sure. I have been trying to get a pike there, just to see if I can from shore but, haven't had any luck. A lot more with bass so far.

Yeah you can cover a lot of ground there fairly easily which is really nice
