Saturday get together?

I camp this Saturday but I would be interested in something like this for sure. Maybe have it so some FHer's with boats take out non boaters so they can get out on a boat and fish. So put a post down with who is a boater and non boater and draw names to match up. Sort of like a pro-am but more an am-am!! lol

That is a great idea. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make this one. I was hoping to get out at least once this weekend but I doubt it will be happening.

And just as an FYI for anyone who wants to try tournament fishing and likes this type of format, OVSB uses a boater/non-boater format where non boaters are paired with a different boater for each event during the year.

I have fished and learned a thing or two from 3 people so far this year. if this is something that interests you, take a look at their website and come to one of the meetings during the off season.

We've done a couple of these in the past and then hit a local restaurant for a pop or two afterwards. Great attendance every time.

Rideau River still? Gives folks the option of Muskie or Bass.

I'm going to Muskrat this Saturday and next Saturday I'll be up in Bouchette, need some time with the family.

I think most tournaments are done by mid September, as for location, a lake would be nice.

The Rideau River gets hit way to hard lately.......by locals!
