Old faithful and a pike newbie.

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Old faithful and a pike newbie.

Post by almontefisher »

i posted my entry for the FHBOVT but it does not count as you will see. So went out after work today with a buddy and my nieces bf. We had one heck of an evening on the water with a ton of fish caught.

First fish of the eve.

Then this guy decided to come out and play for the tourney.

This guy was a brute at 4.3lbs. Was about 18-19" but to qualify for the tourney you need two pictures. The one above and one with the length. Guess what I forgot. Yup. No length so no count. The mouth on this thing is huge.

Anyway great night non the less. Oh and the pike newbie. Nieces bf never caught a pike before but managed these

And end of day final photo

Good times. Tight lines.
Fishing isn't a matter of life and death....
It's much more important.

Nice fishin', Peter! Makes me wish I was out on the water right NOW.
