musky in constance bay?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

There is a very excellant boat launch in the area. It is actually in Buckhams bay.

Follow Dunrobin road. Follow the road to the right into Constance Bay. Once in Constance Bay take the first left. Follow the road toa dead end and turn left again. Follow that road and it will turn to the left along the bay. Follw taht road for about a mile or two until there is a cross road and the launch will be on the cross road on the left and parking is accross the road to the right. Keep your eyes open as I do not think there is a sign. The launc there is very good and it is cement all the way in and has a nice cement dock to tie up to.

As for Muskie fishing it is supposed to be outstanding in that whole are. I can not say for sure as I have never fished the area for Muskie.

Muskie Magnet is the man up there though as he live there. Look up some of his posts and you will learn a lot about the area.

I suspect that most of the Musky action will be found upstream toward Fitzroy and/or on the Que side of the river opposite Crown Point.

That whole area is pretty darn good actually! I landed a 42" this year on my holidays while my son missed an even bigger one! On the Quebec side directly across from the mouth to B-Bay is where I got mine.

My son missed his two cottages down from ours in Buckham's Bay....

Just wanted to correct one thing here...not major though.

Follow that road for about a mile until there is a cross road with a wooden fence on the north-west corner and the launch will be on the left, parking is accross the road to the right.

Hey Joco, there are very few deadheads in the Bay buy they are usually along the shorelines. If you stay in the center you can blow right into the back of the Bay. The water's approx. 16 ft or so in the back.

Keep in mind deadheads pop-up at anytime, so new ones can show up.
