Re: 2016 Fishing Goals??
My goals for the season are:
1. Learn the basics of using sonar. I'm outfitting my kayak with a fishfinder this winter.
2. Do some dropshotting for smallies (will be completely new to me)
3. Keep learning! I'm fairly new to fishing in the last couple years, and while getting skunked is extremely frustrating, I try to go out with the approach of making sure I learn something every time I'm out.

Comments like that are not good for your health ..... they bring on the "Shove-Your-Foot-In-Mouth" disease.River Monster wrote:

I'm sure it's the same as others but much like my 2015 goal... Fish as much as possible! 52 days last year which isn't bad for a 9-5er

Re: 2016 Fishing Goals??
I'd like to put a limit of perch, a limit of crappie, a limit of salmon, a limit of pike and a limit of walleye in my travel cooler to bring home to NS this spring.
No trips planned for this year.

Mine is to fish LOTW out of Kenora, and to catch a 12+ pound walleye in Nipawin, SK in October.
