Bowfin are more like a snakehead. 1/2 fish 1/2 eel with some nice teeth.
Ling is more of a cod-eel. :)
However ling and burbot are the same thing

It is native to aisa but have been found in a few states new York being the closest.
We can only hope they don't make it to can. Waters

Bowfin are the only species in its genus. It is an ancient fish that has changed little for millions of years!
