Fish in the current but look for current breaks. You can catch smallies just down stream of the boat launch off water street in Cornwall.

Use tubes and drop shots with enough weight to get to bottom. The amount of weight depends on current but you'll need at least 1/2 oz with 3/4 oz being appropriate for most situations.

What about upstream near the dam?

There is a few fish at the dam ;). Be sure to respect the buoys and stay clear of the dam.

Try shore fishing at guidon park. Smallies for sure but not sure about biggies...... :? :?
