Fall Pike feeding time (I think).

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Fall Pike feeding time (I think).

Post by Peron »

I just got back from a short stroll along the Ottawa and I was tossing a spinnerbait and I landed two in pretty short order. I am pretty sure they are now in fall feeding mode. In both cases they absolutely hammered the lure... None of that bump and turn stuff. The second fish was not huge (maybe 30") and it swallowed the entire lure blades and all.
