2016 a year for the books

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Wow wow wow. Incredible season, you're living the dream! enjoy it. I bet that happy grin on your face is probably still stuck on your face after a season like that!

ok, serious now ... promise us all one thing, if you and that other "fishing report master" moosebunk ever fish together you may NOT EVER post a report (well, unless I'm there too) because it would be so good you'd trigger a craigslist selling-all-my-fishing gear trend. Out of kindness to the rest of us, you must resist :)

Anyhow, two whisky report for me so now I'm considering walking down to the Rideau river and casting a few, just cause it's the right thing to do. That or run away and join a fishing lodge and be a guide (I wonder what my boss would say :) ).

Thanks for a great report - made my day.

All fishermen are liars except for you and me, and to tell you the truth, I'm not sure about you.

thanks to everyone for the kind words! they truly mean more then you know.
It has been quite the ride so far and the help from the guys and gals on this site through the years has helped a ton! don't think I would be half the fisherman if it wasn't for some very key mentors and role models that pushed me to do what I love
at the end of the day its all about getting out fishin and enjoying ourselves!
hope to see some of you on the ice this season and more on the soft water this summer... cant wait for that!
cheers to all!
