Contact info for Baitshop in Waba

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Contact info for Baitshop in Waba

Post by Jackel »

Good day,

Would anyone have contact information for the bait guy in Waba? Never been there and don't see much info out there about it.

Contact number and address if possible. You can PM me if you don't want to post it.

Thx very much... :D

The one between Waba and White Lake ( at the curve in the road??) It's called Hillside Bait Farm. Can't see the phone# on the street sign in Google maps though. Let us know if they are opened and hours of operation??

Last time I stopped there though was years ago.
When hell freezes over, I'll be there icefishing!!!

Please feel free to stand in front of them!!!

Just got ff the phone with Morris's son and they have closed down the baitshop and have no plans to re open it. I guess I'll have to stop in Arnprior then. Cheers!

Morris is in the hospital as far as I know. He was talking about opening up for minnows again in the spring but that's not a done deal by any stretch. He's getting pretty old now and it's getting rather hard to put the work in to trap his minnows.

Cheers

Morris Stewart (aka Old Man Minnow). Sorry to hear this. Super nice guy. Hope he's up and running in no time!
