Excellent report Drew. Too bad some equipment malfunctions.
The flip and smack has me recollecting one of my own experiences that went sideways...

Used to be as sure footed as a billy goat but the center of gravity has shifted plenty with age. Surprised the belly didn't cause a slip and fall forward onto the face.

Not much local shhtuff bud. A couple whitey missions and a couple grey goings that didn't go in the report. 50/50 on those. Took a walk this weekend with some caribou, and I'm telling you! 8) Maybe if lucky might ice a char before home to stick gar. Summer trips are shaping up nice now too. It is a ride that's hard to get off.
