When I was a member many years ago, there used to be a section with fishing maps for various lakes. I don't see that now. Is it gone or somewhere I don't see.

Thanks

Not sure what happened to it. I think it's been gone since the site got a make over. Too bad, it was kind of handy at times.

Cheers

It was pretty well archaic info. If you click the top left logo that goes to our main page. Scroll down to the Navionics Bar. Open up the webapp. Zoom in to find the most up to date info available on local lakes.

I think there are just so many really good map websites now, no point in duplicating it here.

All free:

Hands down the best site for hard to get maps. They have hand-drawn maps dating back a hundred years to some of hte tiniest little lakes.

Go-to for depth charts

Great way to see what's actually being caught

Thanks for the info. I'm a member at Angler's Atlas but didn't know about the other 2.

I have a few suggestions for camping & fishing maps, too:

For topographic maps: http://jeffstopos.com/

Algonquin Park maps: http://www.algonquinmap.com/

Fishing in Ontario: https://www.gisapplication.lrc.gov.on.c ... cale=en-US
The last one is particularly useful, and gives stocking info, depth contours, fish species, and boat launches.

I found the old maps handy when I started fishing eastern Ontario several years ago.

Look what I found:

Unfortunately, some maps have missing info.
