What lure is this.

Got my hands this weird looking lure from some garage sale. Can't seem to find any information on this lure or anywhere that sells it. Is it some kind of vintage lure? :lol: any thoughts?

Probably a home made. A beauty at that. Try not to lose that but get it wet for sure.

It looks like some company made ones, no signs of homemade. Maybe I'm wrong haha, but yeah for sure I wanna dedicate one day just throw this the whole day and see what I can get.
