Any opening day bass tournaments for adults and kids?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Any opening day bass tournaments for adults and kids?

Post by Reddog1413 »

One thing that got me hooked on fishing was the opening day bass tournament at Charlies sports shop in morrisburg. Think first place was 50 bucks. That was a lot to a kid and still is. Just wondering if there is anything like this going on. I know its tough trying to do something like this and promote live release at the same time but man i looked forward to that little tournament every year.

I believe there's one run in Kemptville this year, it was held at the legion last year. Don't have much info but it wasn't expensive.. grand prize was around 150$.. might be the sort of thing you're interested in
