Nipigon's "No Ragrets!"

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Nipigon's "No Ragrets!"

Post by Moosebunk »

Annual spring trip out west to Nipigon is in the books. Won't be a late summer trip happening this year.

My buddy Stevie and I tackled some all new water for us, putting miles and miles in the boat. It was great. :D Something very satisfying about researching and then exploring, while catching fish along the way. A total mixed bag of weather fronts kept fishing interesting but we pegged some real quality brutes this year, in great numbers too.

It's a read as always, loaded with plenty pictures. You might like it given half the chance... check out the link here!

Enjoy the summer Fish-Hawkers.

Incredible! You really should publish these all into a book.

No immediate open seats Paul. 2017 is done. Next spring Brenda will be along for the first time with StevieZ and his wife possibly joining... There's a tentative fly fishing gig as well which may tack on to the dates. And that'll likely be it for 2018 on Nipigon as I've got a personal bucketlist trip to scratch off booked in August. 2022 will be the first summer I likely live/stay out there for about 3 months, plenty open seats for visitors come then.

Enjoy the summer fishing dood! If we ever get a summer?

That would be some work. Still not finished adding the 2005-2007 stories to the WarCanoe Journal at the website. There's volumes of stuff to go through.

Thanks for reading this one guys. The write-up flowed out real easy being jacked up from this trip. Didn't quite expect such great results for an exploratory mission with the Agent... and usually, he and I have some sort of mishap that makes things more difficult. Not this time. :D

Surely home safe now eh Doug? Speaking of bucketlists, what's next after this summer's checkmark was made?

back to Bunk: Only one thing left on the bucket list, and that is ELK!

(the 6 foot tall blonde nymphomaniac Scandinavian twin sisters kind of dropped off the list all by themselves some time when I was in my 50s...............)

Doug

But I just might put Nipigon ON the list, never been there............
