ice report rockland

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Hi,
Yannick put his huts out last weekend and is open for business. I booked a weekend with him and he was in the process of putting his huts out then. He's good to go.
I spoke with him earlier tonight via text and he said he's had very little time to fish but his buddy did ok when he was out.
Hope this helps!
I'll never apologize for being a hunter (or a fisherman)!

Don't go on any ice roads this weekend. Let them freeze up. I've cancelled rentals for this weekend. There was 5'' of topwater in spots this morning. The rest is slush. Once everything freezes solid we're in for a great stretch. I can't speak for the fishing. I've been swamped with dealing with setting up huts for the last 2 weeks. It's been a real challenge this year.
